Nemáš zač. Ještě bych boj nevzdával. Zkusil bych nabootovat z CD či Flash disku nejnovější verzi nějaké live distribuce. Pokud v ní myš pojede, znamená to téměř 100% jistotu, že v novější verzi distribuce, než co máš aktuálně teď, bude chyba opravena.
Pokud tedy v live distribuci bude myš fungovat, tak nejjednodušší bude povýšit na nejnovější verzi tvé distribuce, kde by měla být chyba opravena.
Koukám, že používáš Ubuntu. Zkus tedy nejnovější verzi jenom jako live distribuci, tzn. nic neinstalovat na pevný disk. Aktuálně nejnovější je Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal".
Vyzkoušej až ti nastartuje systém myš odpojit a pak zase připojit do usb jestli neni chyba někde jinde.
