Používám RH 7.3, cd-rom TOSHIBA a vypalovacku TEAC Nejede mi dma ani na jedné!!!. Nevím co s tím!!! Vypalovat se tak dá dost spatne!! Dík za pomoc.

1]Po restartu je to zase znovu na disabled, kam je asi nejlepsi ulozit skriptik s touto konfigurací?

2) Proc se tak stane. Protoze kolem existuje a lidi kupuji porad spoustu levneho shitoveho hardware a povoleni DMA muze na techto povedenych kouscich zpusobit ztratu dat. Tak si tvurci distribuci (aspon nekteri - treba zrovna ten RedHat) nelajznou to implicitne zapnout.
1) Konkretne RedHat ma na tohle primo konfiguracni soubor: '/etc/sysconfig/harddisks'.
