Hi,

I am writing to you because our records show that you purchased
a support renewal of CrossOver between October 1, 2009 and now.

Further, we made a committment (the Lame Duck Guarantee) to folks that
renewed between October 15 and November 15th that we would extend their support
by double the amount of time it took for us to ship CrossOver 9.0.

Well, that was a foolish promise   .  It took us about 5 extra months
to ship CrossOver 9.0, aka 'Snow Mallard'.  However, I am glad to say that
we will be shipping tomorrow.

So, to honor our committment, we have now added a full year of additional
support to your account.  This is a great time to have CrossOver goodness;
our work on Wine is accelerating, and more and more Windows applications
are working well.  I hope you enjoy CrossOver 9.0, and now you'll also
be able to enjoy 10.0 and probably 11.0 as well!
