1. Palitko je pro IDE sbernici, nejspolehlivejsi tedy je povesit ji samostatne jako master na jiny kanal nez je disk. Nejlepe na druhy kanal na E-IDE radici. V pripade, ze mame druhy radic samostatne, muze byt jistejsi nechat ji jako slave na prim. kanale
2. Dale staci pouze spravne najumperovat

Zprovozneni pod operacnim systemem:
• Je zapotrebi mit v jadre podporu ide-scsi emulace
• Potrebujeme cdrutils-1.10, pripadne nove XCDRoast.
• Predame jadru parametr, ktere zarizeni ma pouzit k emulaci ide-scsi, napr. hdd=ide-scsi, nebo pomoci paramteru units pri zavadeni modulu ide-scsi
• Po natazeni driveru si zkontrolujeme pomoci cdrecord -scanbus a volby -check jestli funguje jak ma. Dale si muzeme nechat vypsat seznam vlastnosti, uvidime ze muze pouzit burnproofing
• Dale uz muzeme pouzivat mkisofs, cdrecord, nebo nejake sofistikovanejsi scripta. Nebo nakonfigurovat XCDRoast a palit jak je libo...
