Server HDD a Smartd

Zdravim linux komunitu.
Mam jeden dost "osemetny" problem na jednom serveri.
Mam na nom 4 disky zapojene ako JBOD pole.
Vsetko fungovalo donedavna dobre az do kym mi smartd nezacal pisat do syslogu taketo hlasky:
