WmVare instalace do Opensuse 11.1

Ahoj všem, snažím se naisntalovat VmWare server x64. Nasel jsem pomerne peknej navod- http://www.korecky.org/?p=181 Bohuzel se mi nepodarilo dostat se nijak daleko. Potrebne balicky: qcc, c++, gcc-c++, make, kernel-source jsem nainstaloval. Server jsem zatahl bezproblemu. Bohuzel pri pokusu o konfiguraci prikazem sudo /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl jsem uvizl v navodu na kroku 3, tedy nastvanei zdroje pro C.

Jsem v linuxu zacatecnik, tak me prosim setrete. Budu rad za kazdou radu co mi pomuze :-)

A mas opravdu naistalovny balicek se zdrojaky jadra? OpenSuse uz nepouzivam, ale tusim, ze balicek se jmenuje cca "kernel-source"

Nevim jakou verzi VMWare Serveru instalujes, ale pravdepodobne budes muset uprgadovat i verzi jadra. Protoze VMWare ( alespon workstation ) je na verzi jadra celkem haklivi.

kernel-source nainstalovany mam, verze 3.6.27.45-0.1.1-x86-64. Verze serveru je ta posledni-VMware-server-2.0.1-156745.x86_64.rpm

Bohuzel nevim jak upgradovat jadro, mohu pozadat o radu? DIky moc za reakci

zypper in linux-kernel-headers
na problem s gcc:
export CC=/usr/bin/gcc-"spravna verze"
to by mohlo asi stacit pak znovu vmware-config.pl

diky. linux-af56:/home/mifa # zypper in linux-kernel-heads Načítání dat repozitáře... Načítají se nainstalované balíčky... 'linux-kernel-heads' nelze nalézt Probíhá řešení závislostí balíčků... Nic k provedení.

linux-af56:/home/mifa # exprot CC=/usr/bin/gcc-4.3 bash: exprot: command not found

Predpokladam ze mam neco blbe v syntaxi, po pravde ani netusim, jaka ma byt pravna verze.....

Muzu jeste poprosit o nejakou radu?

The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is a kernel header file directory, but it does not contain the file "linux/version.h" as expected. This can happen if the kernel has never been built, or if you have invoked the "make mrproper" command in your kernel directory. In any case, you may want to rebuild your kernel.
