Procesor je v počítači HP dx2300 (viz. záznam v HW db) chlazen velice tiše. Většinou se drží na 1.2 GHz a donutit jej na vyšší frekvenci dá docela práci. Zatíží jej např. kompilace, mohutný přepočet fotek nebo kódování videa. Ale ani během toho o sobě větrák nedá slyšet.
