Apache 2.0.54 problem s virtualhost

Dobry den, mam problem s provoznenim virtual hostu na mem serveru. Mam jednu verejnou IP. Mam Debian 3.1 Sarge a Apache 2.0.54 v apache2.conf je

Hlasi mi to porad a apache2 se pritom nespusti:

tady je script pro virtual hosty umisteny v /etc/apache2/site-available/default a je linkovan do /site-enables:

Dekuji, za jakoukoliv radu. Dival jsem se i na help apache stranek, ale nic jsem z toho nevycetl, ze bych to mel spatne.
