Error 22 No such particion

Dobry den, Velmi nerad otravujem, ale vyskytol sa mi jeden maly "velky" problem. PO vcerajsku, kedze som problem s chybovou hlaskou monitora "Frequency out of range " nevyriesil, rozhodol som sa kompeltne reiinstalovat Win XP a Ubuntu .Moj 80 Gb disk som najprv naistaloval Win XP, nasledne rozdelil pomocou Partition Magicu na 2 40 Gb oddiely+swap a pustil sa do instalacie Ubuntu. Bohuzial, po zavedeni GRUBU a naslednej moznosti vybrania si operacneho systemu mi vybehne chybova hlaska> Pri Ubuntu > Error 22> No such partition Pri Win XP> NTLDR nenalezen. Prikladam vypis z terminalu, ktory spustim v LiveCD

Velmi pekne dakujem za kazdu odpoved Naozaj neviem,kde moze byt pes zakopany a za kazdu odpoved vopred dakujem.....Mimimovka caka:(
