Po úplné aktualizaci nejede zvuk

Zdravím, jsem na Kubuntu a nedávno jsem v aAdeptu dal "Úplná aktualizace" stáhlo, nainstalovalo a od té doby mi nejde zvuk...Před tím bylo vše v pohodě a z live cd zkuk jede jak má..Jsem na linuxu chvíli (luma :)) tak prosím nějaké méně odborné výrazy, něco abyste se měli čeho chytit:
