LTSP nefunguje glx

Snažím se nastavit glx pro ltsp klienty. Ltsp server je ubuntu hardy. Zkoušeno na klientech s postarší ati radeon, nvidia grafikama, intelama, nikde nejde. Vím, že s os ovladašem ati glx funguje. Zkoušel jsem to při lokální instalaci ubuntu. V lts.conf mám vše potřebné: nahrání modulu glx, ... v xorg.conf všechno je. Používají se ovladače ati, nv, intel, které by měly akceleraci podporovat. Zde asi ta problémová část z logu:
