kernel: sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Very big device. Trying to use READ CAPACITY(16).A ja nicim nemuzu precist to /dev/sdb abych to rozpartisnoval .. Nevite, kde muze byt chyba ? Diky ...
to by mohl byt hranicni pripad cislo sest na www.harryho.info/hdd_teorie.htm
nicmene by melo byt mozne vyuzit celou kapacitu pole za predpoladu pouziti GPT viz.:
ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-901368.html
Vypis mojho pola o velkosti 6TB

* * Enable the block layer * Enable the block layer (BLOCK) [Y/?] (NEW) y Support for Large Block Devices (LBD) [N/y/?] ? Enable block devices of size 2TB and larger. This option is required to support the full capacity of large (2TB+) block devices, including RAID, disk, Network Block Device, Logical Volume Manager (LVM) and loopback. For example, RAID devices are frequently bigger than the capacity of the largest individual hard drive. This option is not required if you have individual disk drives which total 2TB+ and you are not aggregating the capacity into a large block device (e.g. using RAID or LVM). If unsure, say N.Ja tiez pouzivam 2TB+ luny (ci uz raidu, alebo cez SAN) a aj na starsich jadrach bez problemov. To ze to ma byt zapnute snad uz nemusim hovorit :o)
