Active-backup vyber rozhrania

Zdravim, mam problem s nahodenim active-backup konfiguracie. Pri boote sa vzdy stane eth1 aktivne a eth0 zostane backup. Skusal som v konfiguracii zamenit eth0 za eth1 avsak stale pride k vyberu eth1. Neviete poradit ako donutit aby sa stalo aktivne eth0?
