STL, mesh - existuje jednoduchý free editor?

Nemáte někdo zkušenosti s nějakým linuxovým free editorem na jednoduché ořezání meshů (ideálně STL) s vysokým počtem polygonů (milion a víc)?

V podstatě stačí jenom odřezat nepotřebné části a znova uložit.

Nějak jde to STL otevřít v blenderu 2.34 a vyšším, ale editovat se to rozumně nedá.. AXP2400+ s 1GB ram se docela cuká.. Jinak nikdo nic?

Vedel jsem ze jsem na neco podobneho pri prohlizeni meho Debianiho mirroru narazil, osobne s tim nemam zkusenosti, ale tohle by mohlo pomoct:

admesh:
a tool for processing triangulated solid meshes
Currently, ADMesh only reads the STL file
 format that is used for rapid prototyping applications,
although it can write STL, VRML, OFF, and DXF files.
Some features of admesh are: Fill holes in the mesh
by adding facets. Repair facets by connecting
nearby facets. Repair normal directions
(i.e. facets should be CCW) Remove degenerate
facets (i.e. facets with 2 or more vertices equal)
