Lenovo ThinkPad USB Keyboard with TrackPoint (SK-8855)

• scissor switch (na všech kusech, které jsem viděl, byla červená membrána)
• USB
• trackpoint se třemi tlačítky
• tlačítko ThinkVantage, tlačítka pro ovládání hlasitosti, přes kombinace s Fn multimediální klávesy a emulovaný numerický blok
• kompaktní rozložení (klávesnice je vůbec prakticky shodná s tou z thinkpadů T410/T510)

De facto se jedná o klávesnici z thinkpadu připojenou ke konvertoru na USB a strčenou do plastového krytu. Zkoušel jsem SK-8855 rozebrat a vyměnit klávesnici v ní za tu ze staršího thinkpadu X200 – fungovala s výjimkou vrstvy Fn a klávesy Win/Super.

Pozor! Při psaní rychlostí nad cca 50 wpm u starších kusů (revize R00) občas nejsou registrovány dvojité úhozy (double tapping) a modifikátor Shift reaguje pomalu, z čehož pramení tzv. DOuble CAps. V revizi R01 už je to opraveno. Zřejmě se jedná o chybu ve firmwaru, protože konvertory vypadají u obou revizí totožně.

Zapojit a používat.

Klávesy vracející vyšší kódy nefungují out-of-the-box. Klávesy vedle kurzorových šipek se chovají jako kombinace levého modifikátoru Alt a šipky vlevo/vpravo.

Doporučuji nastavit vyšší zrychlení kurzoru a emulaci posouvání pohybem kurzoru při stisknutém prostředním tlačítku trackpointu, pokud chcete trackpoint používat. (viz ThinkWiki.org)
