USB flash disk není v /dev (vyřešeno)

Ahoj,

měl bych dotaz. Neupravený kernel 3.7 nebo 3.5.6 (parted magic). Vše vypadá, že by mělo být v /dev/sdb vytvořeno, ale není. Nic navíc není ani /var/log/messages.

WinXP/Win8, detekují jako vyjímatelnou jednotku (vložte disk), nejde formátovat atd.

Zkoušeno ve 3 PC. Je mrtvá nebo je možné najít log s nějakou chybou?
