Testing and Performance DIR-657 users can share data in a network either through the SD Carder Reader or through a USB storage device connected to the router. I found the SD Card Reader sharing a much smoother experience. Users can share USB printers and devices though the Share Point Plus Utility, which can be installed during the router's setup. I attached a 75 GB Cirago drive, and the utility correctly identified it. You certainly aren't going to want to copy large files to the device when it's connected to the router—a 1.5 GB movie clip took 40 minutes to copy! You'll most likely use it to stream files.
