Pekne "desktopove" reseni.

Mozna by spousta lidi uvitala nejakou online sluzbu jez by ve stanovene datum poslala mail s upozornenim na nejaky svatek apod.

Ted si na nic takoveho nemohu (moc piF) vzpomenout. Urco ale neco takovyho bude.

Myslím, že se to zvládne i s pal (viz man pal):

--mail Generates  output readable by sendmail by adding "From:" and "Subject:" fields and forcing --nocolor.  For example, you could mail yourself a reminder of
              the upcoming events in the next week with pal --mail -r 7 | sendmail username.  Note: For the calendar to appear correctly, make sure your  email  client
              is using a fixed width font.

online sluzby poslednich par let desne leti! kdo chce bejt in, musi bejt online takovy propojeni s facebookem a twitterem by se treba siklo ... neee, delam si srandu, to by bylo hrozny!

Něco takového? Fungovala spolehlivě třeba i na rok dopředu, ale už je to pár let co jsem jí naposledy použil.

Google calendar nepoužívám, neznám. pal se mi zdá dostatečně jednoduchý a přívětivý.

Akorát by mě zajímalo jestli lze u narozenin používat regulární výrazy pro zjištění aktuálních let jednotlivých lidí, nebo to vypisuje jen holý text?

Cituji manuálovou stránku k programu pal:

-s regex Search for any occurrences of an event matching the regular expression (regex) occurring in the range of dates specified with -r. This command searches both the event description and the type of event (specified at the top of a calendar file). This search is case insensitive.

Zkus třeba příkaz pal -r 365 -s Narozeniny
