IMHO za nějaký čas bude AMD na stejné, nebo dokonce vyšší úrovni, než nvidiaA pak se probudíš...
The FPS limit in D3 tech is a design decision, and not a matter of changing a constant to "fix it".
The game is set to tick at 60Hz, no matter what, and if game + render start taking too much time, several game frames will run in between renders ( which means your framerate will drop below 60Hz ). In any case, it'll never be going above.
This design is intended to avoid the issues Quake3 III Arena technology had where the physics would not behave the same depending on your framerate ( leading to the "I can not make this jump if I'm not at 125fps" complaints ).
