MPlayer 1.0pre8cvs - opět velký pokrok

V MPlayeru probíhají velké změny, poslední verze byla vydána už dávno, a tak se dívám na cvs verzi a vidím, že to opět stojí za to! Hodně příjemná je podpora WMV3 přímo Mplayerem, bez přídavných knihoven. Vyzkoušel jsem, a funguje.:)

Čeština s GTK2 se v menu Mplayeru zobrazuje velmi špatně. Vypadá to na chybu s UTF-8, kde je ve slově písmeno ěščřž, tam je slovo useknuto a chybí, takže zatím kompilovat s GTK2.0 nedoporučuju.

No - blbú češtinu podľa mňa nemá na svedomí GTK2. Proste je len jazykový súbor v kódovaní ISO-8859-2. Ja som mal ten istý problém so slovenčinou. Riešenie je iconv na dotyčný jazykový súbor, ešte zmeniť v jeho informačnom súbore ISO-8859-2 na UTF8 a fachčí to tak ako má.

Myslím, že se to nevyřeší. Když jsem používal UTF-8 a starší mplayer, musel jsem udělat iconv do UTF-8. Ale teď jedu na ISO a zkompilovalo se v pohodě. Takže používám ISO, kompiloval jsem proti GTK2 a voila.... je to stejně zmršené. Tak nevím... proč takový projekt jako mplayer nepoužívá normální gettext() Kdyby radši řešili tohle!

BTW, ten soubor je v help/mp-help_cs.h (myslím)

Ale vyrieši - ja používam v gentoo ebuild s názvom mplayer-1.0.20060217 kde v tom súbore (help/mp-help_sk.h) to bolo kódované pomocou ISO-8859-2. Mal som taký istý problém ale som to len pomocou iconv zmenil na UTF8 zapisal mu v pridruženom súbore (help/mp-help_sk.h.neviemco-niesom-pri-mojom-compe) že to je UTF8, pochopiteľne som zmenil checksumy v dotyčnom ebuilde a už to fachčí (samozrejme pod GTK2).

Já nedávno sondoval v mplayer-user mailinglistu a bylo mi to houby platné. Snad se to brzy vyřeší a nebude třeba kdesi cosi konvertovat.

Nezmenilo sa nič, binárka pre MacOS X je uz skoro dva roky stará. Jabĺčkari vrátane mňa používaju MPlayerOSX. Ale to tiež nie je žiadna výhra...

nemas pravdu, tebou linknuty mplayerosx je bohuzel mrtvy projekt, fungoval (a funguje) obstojne, jenze se uz 2 roky nemeni.

na oficialnim www site mplayeru je asi 5 mesicu stara binarka, ktera taky funguje vyborne, ma nove featury a je perfektne integrovana do OS X.

Jenze v changelogu, co je soucasti tohoto blogspotu je zminka o tom, co vse se ve zdrojacich portu pro OS X zlepsilo, tak bych chtel vedet podrobnosti. Vite je nekdo? Nebo aspon kde je zjistim?

Stejne je zvlastni, ze kdyz uz nekdo maka na zdrojakach a zlepsujeje, nema uz silu, odvahu a chut zkompilovat binarku, ktera by zahrnovala jim dopsane zmeny, zejmena uvazime-li, ze vetsina uzivatelu OS X si to nezkompiluje, a to z nekolika duvodu. Zaprve nemaji vyvojarske nastroje, ktere jsou sice samozdrejmne a zadarmo na DVD s operacnim systemem, ale neinstaluji se defaultne a ja treba nechci aby mi zabraly 2 GB disku, zadruhe se velka cast lidi stiti okna terminalu a zatreti by to proste nezvladli.

Nemáte někdo skriptík na (nejlépe 2-průchodové) zakódování videa (AVI grabnuté z DV kamery) do H.264? Jak je v mplayeru (mencoderu) tak moc voleb, tak to dá docela zabrat se v tom zorientovat.
