Dotaz: Problem s 3 dny starym diskem:-(

Ahoj. Pred tydnem jsem tady resil, jaky mam koupit disk do RAID1. Nakonec jsem se rozhodl pro WD RED. Po třech dnech mi vypadl z RAIDu, nevidi ho ani fdisk a log mam plny techto hlasek:

Je problem opravdu s diskem nebo to muze byt deskou (radicem)? Ale na te same mam puvodni Seagate a ten jede /zatim/ v pohode. Mam ho reklamovat?

smartctl -d sat -a /dev/sda

vypise co? Je mozne, ze pro provedeni toho prikazu muze byt potreba nejprve masinu restartovat, aby se disk opet chytil.

Tak restartuju a pak poslu vypis. Snad se tam ten disk zase ukaze.

Doufám, že ano. Teď nemám k serveru přístup, podívám se večer. Ale zapojoval jsem ho v sobotu ráno a do dnešního rána vše jelo ok a se serverem nikdo nemanipuloval.

vadny kabel (pokud tedy neni uplne preseknuty) se projevuje prave takto, ze dochazi k vypadkum v datech. Naprostou vetsinu dokaze odchytit CRC a tak neni problem zaznamenan, az kdyz uz to CRC nezvladne. Doporucuju ten kabel vymenit za novy.

Přesně vypadá to na kabel takže dát nový a skontrolovat konektory na MB a HDD.

To jste mě potěšili, tak snad to bude ono Ale jak říkám, zajímavé je, že ty 3 dny to jelo bez sebemenších problémů. Synchronizace RAIDu atd.. Ale stát se může cokoliv. Díky, dám vědět, jak jsem dopadl.

Disky a ventilátory vytvářejí vibrace, které mohly uvolnit mizerný spoj a prostě jim to chvíli trvalo.

Neber ten nejlevnější. Použitý nebo nový, na tom nezáleží. Hlavně aby byl v pořádku a nebyl to ošizený šmejd.

V kabelu bývá většinou zrada u konektoru, ty pružinky už nepruží a povrchová koroze taky dělá svoje....

Prostě si poznač že ten kabel blbl a dej druhej když to bude OK tak byla zrada v kabelu a ten vadný vyhoď.

Ty máš pozlacené všechny SATA konektory? A určitě není v místě kontaktu kousek zlata sedřený? Nebo tam není chycený kousek prachu? Hm?

Od té doby co nejsou kontakty ze zlata né všechny konektory a pružinky jsou pozlacené!

A i pozlacený kontakt může blbnout - nemusí mít dobrý přítlak - únava pružiny.

A taky se láme kabel u průchodky z konektoru

Disk důkladně přemaž náhodnými daty (nebo kladivem) a reklamuj (nebo si z něj udělej nástěné hodiny).

Presne, je to k vzteku. Disk, ktery ma vydrzet vic nez klasicky, vydrzel jen par dni:-/ Jde do reklamace, doufam, ze mi to uznaji.

Ty hodnoty ukazuji na zdravy disk (ale stale je to pouze smart, chyba muze byt i v disku). Hodnota UDMA_CRC_Error_Count se nezvetsila, coz je dobre znameni. Ted bych se zameril spise na zdroj.

Pro porovnani vypis hodnot z meho WD RED disku.
