Dotaz: wifi iwl3945 gentoo vypínání

Mám tu pro mně podivný problém s Wifi kartou Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 v gentoo na notebooku dell precision M4300. Zdá se že nehodlý být zapnutá pokud nejsem aktivně přihlášen do nějaké sítě. Pokud zapnu HW switch na notebooku a dám rmmod iwl3945 a modprobe iwl3945 jak jsem již někde vyčetl tak se rozsvítí dioda signalizující aktivování WiFi a můžu bez problémů provést iwlist wlan0 scan . Ale to trvá jen cca 30s (podle počtu Ap okolo ) a následně zase vše zhasne a systém se tváří že zařízení wlan0 neexistuje. Pokud ale je v dosahu síť která mně "pustí" dovnitř tak se do ní notebook v pohodě připojí , didoda maká, scanování taky naprosto bez problémů Zkoušel jsem si na notebooku spustit nějaké Live distro (Open SuSe 11.x tam se to takhle nechová, sice nerozsvěcuje diody, ale jinak maká a nevypíná se, ale na rozdíl jsem nepřišel ) Zkoušel jsem vše na distribučním jádře, posledním stabilním (na tom dělám pokusy teď 2.6.26.3) i na 2.6.27-rc5 vše stejné, jen v tom distribučním nesvítí ta lEDka vůbec Zkoušel jsem iwconfig wlan0 txpower on (a různý další hodnoty co sem našel v manuálu )ifconfig wlan0 up (to vrací že zařízení neexistuje) Prosím tedy o radu co dále. Fungovat to přeci musí když to makalo na tom Live CD , přijde mi že to je někde nějaké "malé" nastavení s velkými důsledky. Pár výstupů :
