Nejsem si úplně jistý jestli ti poradim. Mandrivu jsem používal dříve a taky jsem měl velký problém tam NVIDIA driver dostat a bylo to tím, že ve verzi 2008 přejmenovali zdrojové kódy ke kernelu. Jmenují se opravdu kernel-source? Zase si nejsem úplně jistý, ale něco mi říká že takhle se nejmenují a že by to mělo být něco ve stylu kernel-devel...(něco?) Podívej se do správce pro RPM jestli tam něco podobného je a když bude, zkus nainstalovat i tento balíček. Snad ti to trochu pomůže.
No jde o to, ze na kazdem foru a na kazdem webu ctu neco jineho tak potrebuji vedet co je pravda.Potrebuji diky tomu rozchodit hru World of Warcraft, ktera mi pise furt neco s 3D akceleraci, kterou taky neumim nastavit, nebot sem uplny zacatecnik ale na to navod nekde uz sezenu.Pak na nejakem webu rikaji ze jim pomohlo nainstalovani oficialnich ovladacu od nvidia a a na dalsim jsem zjistil ze mam ovladac nainstalovat prikazem "urpmi nvidia", coz jsem udelal prvne ale hra nesla.Nyni jsem se chtel dat do instalace toho oficialniho ovladace, tak jsem ho stahnul z ofic. webu www.nvidia.com a podle tohoto navodu http://aboutme.ic.cz/?q=node/27 se ovladac snazil nainstalovat ale pri instalaci se mi uz nasla chyba.Cetl jsem, ze by to mohlobyt tim, ze nemam spravnou verzi zdrojovych kodu jadra, asi jak rikate vy, coz se udajne stava treba diky automatickym aktualizacim, ktere jsem nedavno provadel. Zde je dalsi navod http://linux.tosovsky.info/exec.php/show=nvidia podle ktereho jsem to zkousel a opet nic.Je mi ale divne ze se trochu lisi od toho prveho.Nevim tedy jak vubec sehnat spravnou verzi kernelu a spravne zdrojove kody jadra abych vubec mohl nainstalovat ten oficialni ovladac aby mi hra slapala.Nevydi nekdo nejake vychodisko?Budu rad za kazdou smerodatnou radu..dekuju.
