Dotaz: Problémy se zvukem, fulscreenem a efekty.

Dobrý den, Mám nainstalované ubuntu 9.10 a u některých aplikací slyším příšerně vysoké zvuky, nebo jenom pištění. (Astromenace, Teeworlds,...) Dále mi u většiny her nefunguje fullscreen, nevíte čím by to mohlo být? A do třetice všeho "dobrého" zlobí efekty(rozpůlí obrazovku, shodí program, zpomalí načítání), musela jsem je vypnout. Prosím, poraďte mi co mám dělat.

Heureka, problémy působí alsa pludgin v pulseaudio.

Dokud nám nesdělíš, jaký máš hardware a jaký používáš ovladače (tzn. zda používáš svobodné, nebo proprietární ovladače), tak s tím určitě nepohneme. Odkaz: Jak zjistím, co mám za hardware?

Používáš nesvobodné (fglrx) ovladače. S těma nemám žádnou zkušenost (nikdy jsem je nepoužíval, i přestože mám grafickou kartu s ATI chipsetem). Použití svobodných ovladačů by ti asi moc nepomohlo, ale to ať poradí někdo zkušenější.

Zkus (doinstalovat a) sem dat vypis z "xvinfo", take z "fglrxinfo" a spustit testovaci aplikaci "fgl_glxgears". Take bych doporucil update na nejnovejsi 10.1 (8.69) ovladace, viz link. Problemy se zvukem muze delat PulseAudio, zkus dat vypis procesu pomoci "ps -e | grep pulse".

Děkuji za rady, pro instalaci ovladačů grafické karty efekty začaly fungovat, nicméně fullscreen u něčeho jde (Urban terror) a u něčeho ne (VDrift, Astromenace) Jinak po včerejším upgradu, byl ve hrách zvuk normální (krátce), ale pak se vrátilo ono pištění. Ještě jednou děkuji, nevím co bych bez Vás dělala :)
