    Americký výrobce čipů Nvidia získal od vlády prezidenta Donalda Trumpa souhlas s prodejem svých pokročilých počítačových čipů používaných k vývoji umělé inteligence (AI) H20 do Číny. Prodej těchto čipů speciálně upravených pro čínský trh by tak mohl být brzy obnoven, uvedla firma na svém blogu. Americká vláda zakázala prodej v dubnu, v době eskalace obchodního sporu mezi oběma zeměmi. Tehdy to zdůvodnila obavami, že by čipy mohla využívat čínská armáda.

    McDonald's se spojil se společností Paradox a pracovníky nabírá také pomocí AI řešení s virtuální asistentkou Olivii běžící na webu McHire. Ian Carroll a Sam Curry se na toto AI řešení blíže podívali a opravdu je překvapilo, že se mohli přihlásit pomocí jména 123456 a hesla 123456 a získat přístup k údajům o 64 milionech uchazečů o práci.

    Zdravím všechny, nevíte někdo, jak nastavit via framebuffer v konzoli, aby obraz nevypadal takto?
    Zkouším dát do souboru lilo.conf všechno možný (třeba video=viafb:1650x1050-16@60), ale výsledný obraz je naprosto nečitelný, naštěstí Xka jsou skoro OK a dá se do nich poslepu přihlásit a 3D akcelerace nikdy pořádně nešla. Díky

    Ja som to sice nenastavoval, je to viac-menej default instalacia Sabayon linuxu, ale v grube mam toto:

    Ktery z mnoha framebufferovych ovladacu pro VIA mas? Defaultni jaderny nepodporuje CN700, ale jen CLE266. Pokud je to vesa, pak nema smysl radek video=viafb:1650x1050-16@60 - ten ovlivni jen viafb, ne vesafb.

    Právě ten jaderný ovladač pro VIA FB mám a zdá se, že ani s mojí CLE266 to nechodí.

    Hmm, cely log je zaplaven debugovacimi hlaskami od HID, z bootu tam nic nezbylo. To jadro jsi kompilovat sam, nebo to je z distribuce? Jinak zkus se podivat do /var/log/dmesg, zda tam neni cely log od zacatku. Napis take verzi jadra a parametry, ktere mu davas. Co mas za zakladni desku?

    Jinak pozor na ty hid-debug hlasky - tohle jsou asi vsechno pohyby mysi, ale klidne by tam mohli byt stisky klaves (treba zadavane heslo).

    Zkus tedy odpojit mys a nabootovat a ihned po bootu ulozit vypis dmesg a postnout mi ho. A taky mi postni parametry jadra, ktere tomu predavas (jsou treba v /proc/cmdline). Kdy presne zmizi textovy vypis a objevi se rozmazany obraz?

    S touhle deskou by mel ovladac fungovat. Akorat se nejmenuje viafb, ale vt8623fb. Tedy prislusny parametr by mel vypadat treba takto: video=vt8623fb:1280x1024-8@60 . Nicmene i bez parametru by to melo nabehnout do bezpecneho rozliseni.
