Zkusil jsem to v Gentoo, a dostal jsem chybu, jako je v tomto postupu, dole
"Oh no! Something has gone wrong" česky "Jejda! Něco se pokazilo"

Stalo se to někomu ve Fedoře, nebo to tam mají ošetřené?

poznámka: Nešel jsem podle toho, a neměl jsem jiný PC než svůj laptop,
takže jsem se raději na čas vrátil do Gnome2.

Co přesně má být ošetřeno?

při spuštění GDM nebo Lightdm vyskočí právě ta chyba. Pokud se počká cca 30s, ukáže se přes tu černou chybovou obrazovku loginový dialog. Po zadání hesla (měl jsem tam nejdříve autologin), se zase cca 30s čeká a vyskočí zase ta černá obrazovka (Jejda), s malým tlačítkem odhlásit. Postup se může pořád opakovat, se stejným výsledkem. Sem tam, se povedlo přihlásit i s Lightdm. v logu zůstalo

Bug je hlášený jako jediný zde
Jinak ten postup z dotazu, nejde jen tak v dokumentaci najít, asi je schválně, tam kde je. Mě by zajímalo jestli ta chyba je přímo od Gnome.org, nebo jestli je výsledkem Gentoo.org. Přece by se to muselo projevit i ve Fedoře?

Tak není jediný, třeba Je jasný, že chybí soubory, ale přece, ty by se tam měly sami nakopírovat v instalaci..

Ve Fedoře je GNOME3 výchozí prostředí, takže tam za normálních okolností funguje. Ale když se nedá poznat, co je blbě (mi přijde že instalace dconfu), není jasné, jak mohou chybu reprodukovat ostatní lidi, tak těžko říci, zda se tam projeví...

už vím, mimo jiných problémů. Je to nastavením PAM. Momentálně zkouším bez gnome-shell, neobjevuje se stejná obrazovka (v případě gs, by se asi zase ukázala).
Předtím jsem to nezkoušel, protože jsem si navykl, že mě v posledních letetech správce přihlášení nepustil pod rootem.
Teď se ale pod rootem přihlásit jde. Používám lightdm, a nevím jestli bude stačit upravit jen /etc/pamd./lightdm nemo ještě něco dalšího?

Jen jsem nepochopil tu bezpečnost, když jsem den fungoval pod rootem, měl puštěnou síť, a Vlc jsem musel instalovat se suid, abych se mohl podívat na televizi.
Ale s tímto oknem. To co píše je blbost, problém bude zase někde v nastavení. Prý mě to vrátilo do záložního, když mám Gnome zkompilováno s fallback a bez gnome-shell.
Už jsem v Gnome-shellu byl a bylo to svižný..jakože vyřešeno, hlavní problém byl v přístupu..

Netrvalo dlouho a po restartu už to zase odmítá přístup, nic jsem neinstaloval ani neprováděl nic přes administrátorský přístup.
Je to pak těžký zjistit co tam zlobí, když to jde špatně ověřit, když to jednou jde a po druhé ne.

Tak zase, byla chyba na mé straně, neměl jsem totiž vyžadovanou volbu CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL.

Ještě bych k tomu dodal, že přihlásit se mi podařilo vždy jen po zásahu do PAM, a bez restartu. Po restartu to nikdy nešlo.

Ve Fedoře to je častá věc. Doteď jsem si myslel, že to tak má být (něco jako když se každý desátý boot spouštěl fsck), když je to takové dokonalé komunitní distro. Podobné zdokonalení v novém gnome je, že se každý cca pátý login hned po přihlášení objeví několik dialogových oken o nějakém confu, či co, a pak po spuštění Evolution to začne tvořit nový profil uživatele. Pro uživatele, kteří nemají zálibu v adrenalinu je návrat ke gnome 2 dobrá volba.

Neřekl bych, že je to ve Fedoře častá věc a to používám Gnome Shell už nějakou dobu. Ano, setkal jsem se s tím, ale vesměs jsem si za to mohl sám - při experimentování apod.
